WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store and curbside pickup is available for We accept pickups for orders near our store. Please check our store location provided on our store page. Pickups are available In-store pickup can be done Monday to Sunday from 8aam-5pm.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders going to Philippines.
Orders Lead Time
For item shipped locally 7 to10 days.
For item shipped abroad 30 to 40 days by Sea and 10 to 15 days by Air. For light packages, we usually ship by Air.
All times and dates for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimate only.
Once your order is packed and shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information. We will not accept any order cancellation for orders already shipped.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping, but free shipping is not valid for international orders. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. As such, we will not be accepting refund for unclaimed item due to failure to pay necessary taxes and duties.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
