This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from MackTechBiz (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, MackTechBiz will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
MackTechBiz will either repair or replace the Product at no charge, using new or replacement parts during the product's warranty period. MackTechBiz will perform diagnostics of the product, if the product proven to be a factory defects we will replace the product at no cost. If the product proven to be misuse due to incorrect or faulty voltage source(not supplied or recommended by the manufacturer) the warranty will be void.
How long does the coverage last?
The standard Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from MackTechBiz are:
3 months for small consumer items from the date of purchase.
1 yr for standard consumer items from the date of purchase.
2-3 yrs for Industrial items from the date of purchase.
A replacement of Physical Goods or parts assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1yr from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
For Repair and Maintenance Services
3 months after full completion and acceptance of the repaired appliance/device.
or depending on the contract agreed upon by the customer.
Warranty is only available for Industrial consumer Items, which will be quoted separately. Items purchased must not be more than 90 days from the date of purchase to avail of the warranty extension.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship such as accident, fault or negligence, insects or animal dust, moisture, foreign objects, computer virus, and improper use of voltage or unsuitable environment.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
The Warranty is void if unauthorized personnel tampered with the product or its warranty seal was removed, altered, or obliterated.
